Do I need to be at the property during the clean?
No, you don't need to be present. As long as we have access to the property (e.g., a key left in a lockbox), you can leave the hard work to us. We just ask that the property is empty of all furniture and personal belongings.
Does the power and water need to be connected?
Yes. To ensure the highest quality clean, we require that both electricity and hot water are connected and functional for the duration of the service.
Are your cleaning products safe for families and pets?
